"Character Usage Guidelines
This Character Usage Guidelines (hereafter, the Guidelines) stipulate terms regarding usage of the character of [VOCALOID(TM) Kaai Yuki], published by AHS Co. Ltd. (hereafter, AHS)
1. Definition
"Character" shall mean all of the graphics, the character design and the character name of the VOCALOID(TM) product [Kaai Yuki] that are used on the product package, promotional materials and other related merchandises.
2. Grant of License
You as individual or fan group may use Character in your derivative works and distribute such derivative works for non-commercial purpose only. You must get written permission from AHS prior to any other use of Character not expressly granted under the Guidelines. If you would like to use Character for commercial purposes, you must contact AHS for being licensed additionally. Any usage (a) against public order and morality including obscene, sexual or profane definitions under applicable laws of the Japan; or (b) purposed in order to defame or insult or infringe the rights of AHS, the creator of data included in this product or any third party, is expressly prohibited.
3. Amendment
The Guidelines can be amended or revised at any time and at its sole discretion of AHS. And such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised guidelines on the webpage of AHS.
